Hi, I'm Heather R. Diakos founder of HRD Communications. I started HRD because I am passionate about helping companies express their expertise in a way that it is HeaRD by the listener. Although the professionals I work with are brilliant at what they do, often they are not great at communicating their greatness. Teaching leadership to communicate clearly, concisely and memorably is what I do! A strong leader will be an expert communicator in addition to being an expert at their profession. This includes explaining what you do without using technical terms and communicating in a way that expresses what value you offer. HRD's services teach firm leaders and sales staff to communicate better in each area of sales from making strategic relationships to closing a formal sales pitch.
